After that you will depart for Namanga for a trek at Ol Donyo Orok also known as Namanga Hills. You will have your lunch in Namanga then later depart for Amboseli to your overnight lodge or camp to relax and have a sumptuous meal.

Ol Donyo Orok: the forest is a water catchment area for Namanga town where it is located. You will follow one of the trails up the hill which starts off near the entrance to Namanga River Lodge and go past an old bridge and an abandoned school before getting to a path running parallel to water pipes supplying the town with water from mountain streams. The more you go higher the Mountain, the more the vegetation gets thicker along Namanga River. You will encounter rocks that have been shaped due to water erosion over the years and caves which have carved into the river. At some places higher up, the trail opens up into clearings from where one can have spectacular views of the town below, the distant Mt Longido and Mt Kilimanjaro. Wild game that one can occasionally see in this area is Buffalos, Monkeys, Dik diks and Antelopes. It takes approximately 4-6 hours to do a round trip and it is advisable to be accompanied by a local Maasai guide.

Amboseli National Park: is famous for being the best place in Africa to get close to elephants among other wildlife species. The park offers spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro and has an endless underground water supply filtered through thousands of feet of volcanic rock from Kilimanjaro ice cap, which funnel into two clear water springs in the heart of the park. It features wildlife such as the African elephant, Cape buffalo, Impala, and Giraffe, lion, hyena, zebra and wildebeests among other African animals.
