Sam,
Hello, I just wanted to drop you a message to thank you for organizing our Mount Kenya trip. In terms of the trip itself, things couldn’t have been better. Peter was an exceptional guide who provided us with a lot of information on the hike and went out of his way in the evenings to check in with us and tell us stories about the history of the mountain. The porters were also very nice, we felt very well looked after and nothing was too much trouble. The food was really good. Daniel is an exceptional cook. Some of his meals were as good as or better than ones we had in Kenya’s restaurants.
The hike itself was well paced and we felt that the route and difficulty were both clearly explained to us before each day.My only suggestion would be that in the list f things needed, you include a suggestion for how much to tip guides and porters as we did not really know how much would be suitable to give. Also to let us know in advance and on the itinerary what time pick up is in the morning. Otherwise the hike was well organised and I would not hesitate to recommend your company.
Panacea …….. Panacea and Liam booked this tour from 21st Dec 2018 to 27th Dec 2018.
