INDIAN OCEAN BEACH CLUB
It is located 40 kilometers in clear power white sandy beaches and surrounded by swaying coconut palm gloves and magnificent old stoic baobabs.

Surrounding the grand Moorish style arches of the main building are scattered smaller, white washed, 'makuti' roofed structures of our 100 airy deluxe clubrooms. The 19 square 'village styled' clubrooms all face the half kilometer beach bordering the warm turquoise-blue waters of the Indian Ocean

All the double and twin bedded club rooms are tastefully appointed with local hand-carved furnishings and are filled with luxurious amenities. Each rooms has its own verandah, en-suite bathrooms with bath/shower and separate toilet, mini-bar, direct dial telephone, hair dryer and have the convenience of both air-conditioning and a central ceiling fan. These are individually attended to by personal valets who provide 24 hour in-room dining, morning tea/coffee and evening turn-down service.
The airy first floor restaurant, overlooking the ocean, specializes in a rich exotic pot-pourri of masterpieces from the shores of the Indian Ocean. Non smoking and disabled rooms are available on request.
An open air informal beach restaurant featuring shellfish and seafood ‘Swahili style’ a snack lunch menu is also available. There is a 20 meter free-form swimming pool as well as there plunge pools and two flood lit tennis courts.
Other activities in this club include volleyball, croquet, bird Watching and a jogging trail as well as water sports like wind surfing sailing canoeing and free scuba lessons.
 

MOMBASA SERENA BEACH HOTEL Styled to resemble the 13th century Swahili town complete with winding lanes carved balconies, fountain courts and busting market squares.
There is a swimming pool with a thatched ‘swimming up’ bar. Accommodation is in 166 air conditioned rooms and sites, many with splendid views of the garden and the ocean. Three restaurants including an open air restaurant set amid palm trees for atmospheric dining under the sun.
Wide choices of recreational activities are also available; there is squash, tennis and beach volleyball as well as deep sea fishing, mini sailing , scuba diving, windsurfing and local reef snorkeling.
Evening entertainment includes dancing, live bands and Swahili nights with music and food. Marsha, health and beauty treatments are also available.

SUN AND SAND HOTEL. This resort is situated 28 km north of Mombasa. The hotel has an impressive new look and has recently achieved five star status.
The resort has 300 standard, deluxe and executive rooms plus a royal suite. All rooms offer private balcony, split-unit air conditioning, pedestal fan, hair drier, telephone, safe, satellite television, mini fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, en-suite bath/shower, bidet, queen and twin-size beds.
The hotel’s business centre offers services as well as conference facilities which comprises five meeting rooms accommodating up to 300 people. Guests have choices of the six restaurants in the hotel. In addition, there is a selection of four bars, which include a swimming-up bar.

KIPUNGANI EXPLOPER
Kipungani sits in natural water washed on the edge of Kipungani bay, where the protected mangroves of Kipungani creek meet the ocean.
The lodge has 12 spacious bandas sit at one end of Kipungani Bay, which is Swahili for ‘the place of fresh air’. Shaded by the palm trees that line our 600-metre beachfront, the bandas are constructed entirely from local materials, with mkeka palm floors and makuti thatch roofs woven by the residents of neighboring Kipungani village. The large interiors are a picture of rustic simplicity, with giant king-size beds and furniture all handmade from local mangrove and palm woods. Each banda has an ocean-facing veranda with local funzi sofas and chairs piled high with colourful cushions. Amenities include freshwater showers, flush toilets, and separate dressing areas with wash basins.
The sunset-facing lounge and bar at Kipungani are furnished for complete relaxation, with cushion-piled driftwood furniture, hanging moon-beds, and a variety of natural discoveries ‘combed’ from our shores. The dining room sits in a small tropical garden, with an adjoining library offering guests a selection of books, magazines and board-games. In front of the building is a horizon-touching swimming pool, which offers the perfect venue for the ultimate romantic sundowner!

LEISURE LODGE AND GOLF RESORT
It is a resort on the Kenya's south coast with a championship golf course, a choice of first class accommodations, entertainment and recreational facilities to suit the most discerning guests. The 18-hole, 72 par championship golf course, home to the Diani Beach Masters, is recognized as one of the most exciting golf courses in East Africa.
All the rooms are air-conditioned with en-suite bath and shower. The palm Wing contains 36 standard rooms. The Bahari wing had 104 sea facing superior rooms. The bustani club has 93 garden rooms, 16 Oasis Villas with private swimming pool and four suites. Both Bahari wing and bustani club have their own swimming pools, dining facilities and bars.

The hotel itself is made up of 74 rooms, ranging from standard to suite, which all have views of the Indian Ocean, air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. The beach hotel is situated on the South Coast of Mombasa and it provides stunning sea views from its bedrooms and gives the beach feeling with its main bar "The Boriti" and "The Ocean" restaurants built right over the beach. The style of the hotel is a wonderful blend of spaciousness and intimate nooks and corners.
Accommodation is in a larger than usual size bedroom and bathroom with separate toilet. The rooms are also equipped with telephone, radio, air-conditioning and mini-bar. In keeping with the philosophy of the hotels, many rooms are interconnecting to accommodate families if desired.

The beach hotel was first built in 1986 and has a very generous sea frontage with beautiful trees under which guests can relax facing the glorious white sandy beach and aquamarine Indian Ocean.
Accommodation is in luxurious two storey African style cottages with beautiful garden views. The lobby reception area is circular with a delightful sunken garden with plants and carvings in wood, soapstone and a carved life size fisherman about to spear a fish. There is a small shopping arcade to the left of the reception.
The lobby leads directly out into the spacious pool area with its ice cream and fresh juice bar and the Beachcombers Brasserie for daytime snacks and evening barbecue entertainment. The Village restaurant in the Alliance safari Beach is a circular restaurant with a makuti roof which has a warm and soothingly intimate atmosphere echoed by the rich tones of its furnishings.

Situated on 200 meters of beach on the edge of the internationally acclaimed Watamu National Marine Park, one of the best in Kenya. There are different types of rooms in this club: Super club rooms with separate bath and showers, balcony, split unit air-conditioning, coffee and tea facilities and a complete mosquito proof sleeping area. These rooms are also equipped with a double and single bed; some of these rooms have interconnecting doors and 3 have been specifically designed for physically handicapped clients with showers only.
